Volunteer Role: Administration Volunteer
Location: The HOST Space, St Luke’s Church, Portsmouth, PO5 4LH
Time: Tuesday-Thursday (the days and hours can be flexible)

What you will be doing:
As an Administration Volunteer you will support our Casework Team by providing administrative support to ensure and maintain the smooth delivery of our service to clients.
- Updating and maintaining client case notes using the client database
- Scanning documents
- Responding to referrals and uploading details to the client database
- Prepare and maintain caseworker resources for the Refugee Hub
- Provide administrative support to the Operations and Safeguarding Lead – this could include updating the shared drive
- Monitoring emails and enquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate team member.

- Digital skills – ability to use IT, email
- Data entry skills
- Good attention to detail
- Calm, patient and methodical approach
- Excellent communication
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Reliability and good time management
- Enthusiasm and support for PCoS and its projects
Although not essential, experience of using Google Workspace would be useful for this role – training will be provided.
